The villa was even better than expected. The stunning views from the balcony were the perfect backdrop for our romantic escape. We loved having a private pool to relax by and the BBQ area was a great bonus. Plus, the host was incredibly helpful, giving us insider tips on the best places to visit and ensuring we had everything we needed.
The property description could have been clearer, as we were expecting more privacy and air conditioning throughout the entire villa. It would have been nice if the property had been cleaned and refreshed during our stay.

The villa was absolutely stunning, with beautiful and spacious rooms that were clean and well-maintained. the private pool and jacuzzi were a blessing on sunny days, offering privacy and peacefulness. the villa's location was fantastic, conveniently close to the airport and just a short distance from Dubrovnik. We appreciated the host's helpful tips and links for things to do in the area, making our experience even more enjoyable. a memorable and fantastic stay!
The only minor downside was that the sun only reached the pool area until the afternoon. However, this wasn't a major issue and didn't greatly affect our overall experience at the villa.

Exceptional local knowledge of the area. Best land and sea transportation services. Beautiful spacious villa with amazing views. Clean pool area with comfortable loungers and BBQ. Walking distance to the sea and shops. Friendly owner who provided a welcome pack. Would definitely return.

Our stay at Villa Avoca was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with snow white bedding and bath towels. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the large balconies/patios, enjoying the stunning views. The private swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, connecting us with a wonderful driver who showed us around. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this villa for a memorable vacation.

Exceptional knowledge of the area and contacts with the best transportation services. Private pool and individually controlled air conditioning in each room. Regular contact with the owner and representatives to ensure a comfortable stay. Short walk to the village and access to water taxis to Dubrovnik. Beautiful, clean, and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Outstanding hospitality from the owners, making guests feel comfortable and welcome. Private pool and jacuzzi for relaxation on sunny days.
Felt extremely welcome, nothing was too much trouble.
